Description: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has awarded a sole source contract to Tegrant Diversified brands, Inc. to provide the government with Tegrant ThermoSafe EnduroTherms to package and ship Cold Chain Pharma products. It was the Government's belief that only one responsible source exists that is able to satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement was based on the urgency and lack of findings for vendors with the capability to appropriately fulfill this requirement.
