- The acquisition of services supports the NORAD-Cheyenne Mountain Complex - Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) Program which provides ITW/AA authorities with accurate, timely, and unambiguous warning and attack assessment of Air, Missile, and Space threats. NCMC-ITW/AA is composed of Air, Space and Missile Warning Missions located at Cheyenne Mountain AFS, Offutt AFB and Vandenberg AFB's culminating in the execution of Key Performance Parameters identified as Timeliness of Assessments, Data Display Accuracy, Real or Non-Real Data Display Accuracy, Average Cumulative Unscheduled Downtime/per Month, Information Exchange Requirement-Interoperability, and Node Processing-Interoperability. The operations and support of NCMC-ITW/AA is conducted through Contractor Logistics Support and executed by the contractor. As part of annual sustainment, NCMC-ITW/AA software is upgraded through a Vertical Release process and the hardware is upgraded through a ! Technical Refresh process.The systems consist of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software. Specialized applications have been developed, updated and maintained, that provide classified communications and processing capability at various military sites, world-wide. The Government is managing the support of the baseline system while integrating required software and hardware modifications and a technical refresh program. This requirement provides for internal integration among the architecture, as well as for external integration of these systems with other C2 systems (e.g., Space Situational Awareness, SKIWEB, SIPRNet, MILSTAR, DSCS, GCCS, etc.).
