- SUBJECT: MOBIL DTE OIL HEAVY MEDIUM BEARING AND CIRCULATING OIL ISO VG 69 FOR THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS WEST POINT POWERHOUSE, WEST POINT, GEORGIA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District is requesting quotes for the supply and delivery of Mobil DTE Oil Heavy Medium Bearing and Circulating Oil ISO VG 69 Lubrication oil. This brand specific oil is required to replenish the oil supply for generator bearing, turbine bearings and governors systems. The oil must be supplied within 14 days after receipt of contract award. This solicitation is a set aside100% for Small Business under NAICS 811191. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov on or around May 3, 2012. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. No telephone or faxed requests will be accepted. Registration requirements (applicable to US firms only, as required by DFARS 204.7300), all US contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
