- Combined Synopsis/SolicitationThis is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation No. E12PS01849 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures for a base plus four option years contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 115116; with a small business size standard of $7 million of annual gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 years. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. This procurement is a commercial item. The estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00 ($10,000.00 to $20,000.00 annually). The National Park Service, United States Park Police (USPP), Washington Filed Office (WFO) Horse Mounted Patrol (HMP), has a requirement to provide boarding stalls (10" x 10"), water, hay, feed - grain, as well as pasture access for two (2) USPP horses. The contractor shall be located and limited to 10 miles in and around the intersection of Georgetown Pike (SR 193) and cross road or Walker Road, Great Falls, Virginia as described in the attached Statement of Work. Therefore, any items not specifically noted, but necessary for performance in accordance with accepted practices and industry standards, shall be furnished under this contract.
