- DARPA-BAA-12-41 DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of compact flyable Extremely High Frequency (EHF) electronics (including exciters, receivers and power amplifiers), SAR scene simulation software, and advanced algorithms for an EHF-band Video Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) to provide high resolution imagery at high frame rates while minimizing Size Weight and Power (SWAP). Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, algorithms, components or systems. Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice.
