- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to award a non-competitive sole source contract to the American National Standards Institute, 1899 L Street, NW, 11th Floor, Washington, DC 20036, under the authority of FAR13.106-1(b), only one source reasonably available. The FBI intends to acquire the renewal and scope expansion of the ANSI accreditation of the National Behavioral Science Certificate Course. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, i nterested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time by May 7, 2012 by email only, to the attention of Lisa R. Jackson, Operational Support Contrats Unit, at Lisa.Jackson@ic.fbi.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
