- Attachment B Attachment A Solicitation May 01, 2012 FBO Modification/Amendment uploads the solicitation documents. Proposal due date is May 30, 2012 at 2:00pm Central. Please see the solicitation for more details and requirements to be considered responsive. The Huron-Manistee National Forest announces an opportunity for the Bracke Site Prep Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $7 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about May 1, 2012. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule. The intent of this work is to accomplish Bräcke scarifing in order to hand plant on the Huron-Manistee National Forest pulling a Bräcke scarifier (Government furnished equipment) with a skidder, tractor or other prime mover.
