- This is a pre-solicitation notice regarding Solicitation W91249-12-R-0004. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Installation Contracting Office (ICO) - Fort Gordon intends to issue a solicitation for full food services and other associated work efforts for four dining facilities at Fort Gordon, GA and in support of Fort Gordon's Directorate of Logistics. The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside with the caveat that the State Licensing Agency (SLA), considered other than a small business, will be allowed to compete. Priority will be given to blind vendors recognized and represented by State Licensing Agencies (SLAs), under the terms of the Randolph Sheppard Act (R-SA). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $35.5M. The Government anticipates release of solicitation W91249-12-R-0004 on or about 15 May 2012, with a projected closing date of 14 June 2012. These dates are projected and subject to change. A Site Visit will be conducted by the Contracting Officer (KO). Date and time of the site visit will be identified in the solicitation. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued to Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are responsible for checking the website daily for any changes to the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to receive a government contract award. You may register with the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/.
