- NSN: 5340-01-502-7233, PR 0044428749, Mounting Bracket. Drawings will be available after the solicitation is issued. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The quantity is 2,500. The solicitation will contain a 50% quantity option. Contractor First Article Testing is required. FOB is destination, Source inspection applies. The required delivery is 300 days including the time required for first article testing. Past Performance is of more importance than price in the evaluation of proposals. This is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 12 procedures. Reverse Auctioning may be utilized as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. The estimated solicitaiton issue date is 5/7/12. The solicitation and drawings will not be available until the issue date. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website: //www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. All responsible sources can submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.
