- Federal Supply Class (FSC) 2250, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 326199. This procurement action is for the purchase of 7 inch x 9 inch x 9 foot plastic railroad ties. This will be a 3 year requirements contract with a minimum quantity of 0 each and a maximum quantity of 75,000 each for the entire 3 year period. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. Delivery schedule shall be addressed in the actual solicitation. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or contact the CCR at 1-866-606-8220. APPROXIMATE issue date is 14 May 2012 with the closing date APPROXIMATELY 3 weeks from date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
