GASKET AIR COOLER #150-005-E-017-157 6. GASKET DIST. COOLER WTRBX. #150-005-E-017-135A 7. GASKET DIST. COOLER SHELL #150-005-E-017-135 8. GASKET J/W FE. HTR. WTRBX. #97921-31 9. GASKET J/W FEED HEATER SHELL #97921-32 10. GASKET VAPOR SEPARATOR COVER #150-005-E-017-25 11. DEMISTERS #150-005-E-017-20 (98428-37) 12. GASKET SIGHT GLASS #150-005-E-017-31 13. CONDENSER WATERBOXES (END BELLS) #97628-31 (Maxim Evaporators is the OEM for these parts.). CGC Midgett is a 378' High Endurance Cutter. Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code #336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 12:00PM PST May 07, 2012 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
