- Description
- The following five questions and answers represent the full Q&A for this RFP: 1.How many employees of the 200 would be "clocking in and out" of a time keeping system? We have about 9 employees in the Museum sales shop that currently clock in and out. 2.Would physical clocks be needed? If so, how many? Currently, we have one in the Museum sales shop. We would like to keep it (we can potentially replace/upgrade the physical clock to meet software requirements) 3.If all employees are salaried - are they still needing to verify time worked or just managing schedules/vacation etc? Not all employees are salaried. We have many hourly employees. Even the salaried employee will need to have verification of time worked. 4.When you mention tracking projects in a time keeping system - are you referencing an employee clocking in and out of a particular job, duty or location etc from a time allocation standpoint? If not, could you provide more details on the projects you would like to manage? USHMM has no project tracking requirements at this time, but would like to know if the proposed solution can handle multiple accounting strings per employee. 5.Could you further clarify what time of time and attendance data would need to integrate w/ your financial system? Or are you referencing only the integration for GL purposes? We require bi-weekly or monthly payroll general ledger interface reporting.
