Description
Description This is a Notice of Intent to establish Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for office relocations. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Installation Contracting Office (ICO) Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a five-year BPA. The appropriate NAICS code is 484210. This proposed contract action may include disassembling and assembling furniture, moving computers, file cabinets, packing and furnishing boxes and labels, and moving supplies to various locations on Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This list is not all-inclusive. Relocations may involve climbing stairs, and loading docks are not always available. Specific dates for moves are established on individual requirements. Suspense times for move completions range from two weeks (short notice) to 30 days. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. All notifications received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to issue agreements outside the 60-mile radius based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine number of interested vendors. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. All responses must include, at a minimum, the following information: a. Company's full name, address, telephone, point of contact with email address, and Federal Tax Identification number. b. Company's Duns Number and Cage Code for proof of Central Contractor's Registration (www.ccr.gov). c. A statement indicating the offeror's ability to accept payment via Government Credit Card. d. Company size: small or large, HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, Woman-owned, Service disabled veteran-owned. e. Vendor Information Sheet Submit responses to Tamara Seals at tamara.seals@us.army.mil
