- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit for a one time fixed price purchase order for the removal of existing mobile radios from vehicles, and the installation of new radios in those same vehicles in, El Paso and Midland, TX, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The locality limitation of this procurement is 200 miles from zip code 79912. No vendors over 200 miles from this zip code radius will be considered for award.
