- Draft PWS Parking Restriction 535 S Auditorium Map Industry Day for Interested Vendors --Elements of Combat Training Support (ECTS) to the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC) This is NOT a solicitation. The government will not reimburse or is not responsible for cost incurred attending to this invitation. The 647th Contracting Squadron is anticipating the release of the solicitation for Elements of Combat Training Support (ECTS) to the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC) during June 2012 timeframe. As part of our planning efforts for the procurement of ECTS-JPARC Support Services contract, the 647th Contracting Squadron and HQ PACAF, Operations Division (A3O) are hosting an ECTS-JPARC Industry Day at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), HI. Vendors who are interested in potential prime or sub-contractor roles are highly encouraged and invited to attend the Industry Day. The Government will be making an oral presentation to registered attendees. During the Industry Day, information about the procurement will be provided and questions will be solicited from industry or potential offerors. Questions and comments may be submitted IN WRITING ONLY to the Contracting Officer at the event on 3x5 index cards, or via email to the POCs, Jocelyn.McChesney@us.af.mil and Anthony.Reyes.5@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 pm, May 30, 2012 Hawaii Standard Time (HST). NO VERBAL QUESTIONS will be accepted. Responses to questions will be posted in FEDBIZOPPS. Please carefully review the information below: Event Name: Industry Day - ECTS-JPARC Support Services Acquisition Date: May 14, 2012 Time: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Please be sure to arrive no later than 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) to allow ample time to pass through security. Location: 535th Airlift Squadron Auditorium (See attached Map) Bldg 2140 Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii Site POC: Jocelyn McChesney, Phone: (808) 448-2941, Jocelyn.McChesney@us.af.mil Registration: 3 Attendees per interested organization may attend and MUST PRE-REGISTER VIA EMAIL to the POCs, Jocelyn.McChesney@us.af.mil and Anthony.Reyes.5@us.af.mil NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM HST ON May 10, 2011. To register, please email your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address to above POCs. The subject line should read: "JPARC Industry Day Registration." Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Seats are limited to 80. NOTE: Access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam will require a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration or rental car agreement, or Government-issued ID, with photo.
