- Proposed Concurrent Workshops Proposed Agenda The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), are inviting you or a representative within your company to attend the DOI Intermountain Region Small Business Outreach. The outreach will be held on May 17, 2012 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The opening ceremony will begin approximately 9:00 a.m. The theme for this outreach event is entitled "Building Partnerships - Revitalizing America". The DOI Intermountain Region Small Business Outreach is a conference fostering business partnerships between the Federal Government, its Prime Contractors, and small, minority, service-disabled veteran-owned, veteran-owned, HUBZone, women-owned, and economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses. We will engage in plenary sessions, dialogue between small businesses, prime contractors, and Interior officials regarding partnership opportunities to fulfill the Department's mission and honor our stewardship responsibilities.
