- This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Group Two, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to ATA Defense Industries, Inc, 146 Factory St. Camden, TN 38320. There are no authorized dealers to perform modifications on this system. Designs and drawings are proprietary to ATA Defense Industries. Line 0001: Modification/Refurbishment of existing target training system located at Ft. Chaffee, AR. Modification to include parts and labor to convert 24 VDC system to 12 VDC to include o rings, O2 and LP regulators, flare fitting, valve clamps, screen hose assy, solenoids and adaptors.
