- NSN 1660-01-581-0679, Insulation Blanket, Thermal, Aircraft. Purchase Request Number PR 0041430588. This is a 3Q sole source item, and the DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have a technical package available for this NSN. This item is manufactured to a "Part Number Item". Approved Sources: NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS, Cage 26512, P/N 123AB10646-503. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. Packaging - MIL-STD-2073 applies. The QCC Code is FCA. This is not a CSI item per SAP on 05/01/12. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Requested delivery is 163 Days ARO. This part is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed award for 97 pieces of material. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 05/17/2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
