- MARKET SURVEY This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. This announcement is considered market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The purpose of this synopsis is to identify qualified companies capable of performance on a solicitation for the below listed NSNs. Also shown is the currently approved manufacturer and associated part numbers for these items. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity.
