Draft Cross Reference Matrix Draft Section M Draft CDRL's Draft TEP Spreadsheet Matrix Draft Section L Draft 05 PWS Draft Solicitation "What's New?" - This Notice will contain the running log of what is placed on FedBizOpps concerning the Combat Air Force (CAF) Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) Operations and Integration (O&I) follow on contract (DMON 2.0). We will identify the item(s) posted and what the changes are and how they are applicable. Please note that all documents are to be considered draft until RFP release. We do encourage your review and comments back. This open dialogue between you, our industry partners and the government will make for a more streamlined and comprehensive acquisition. All questions, thoughts and concerns should be addressed to the Contract Negotiator, Mr. Larry Robillard - 937-255-3700, Larry.Robillard@wpafb.af.mil. 01 May 2012: The latest versions of draft documents for the DMON 2.0, CAF DMO O&I follow on contract are posted today for your information. Draft 02 of the solicitation, Draft 05 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Draft 05 of the Total Evaluation Price (TEP) spreadsheet, latest drafts of Section L and Section M, draft of the Cross Reference Matrix and draft CDRL's. The memorandum is to be submitted back to the government and must include the language from the above mentioned disclosure statement and must include the security cage code as found in the ISFD (DSS managed Industrial Security Facilities Database). Signed memorandum should be submitted as soon as possible and sent to Mr. Larry Robillard - 937-255-3700, Larry.Robillard@wpafb.af.mil. Please contact Larry Robillard with any questions. Finally, interested parties are provided the opportunity to contact the DMON 2.0 Technical Team and set up a 45 minute teleconference to discuss questions and concerns on the latest TEP Matrix Spreadsheet. The available times on Wednesday, 02 May 2012 are 1000, 1100, 1300 and 1400. The available times on Thursday, 03 May 2012 are 1000, 1100, 1300, 1400 and 1500. Additionally, the first draft of the solicitation is posted today for your information. The updated TEP Draft 03 spreadsheet is posted today for all interested parties' review and comments. Note that all previous drafts of the TEP spreadsheet should be considered Overcome By Events (OBE) and should no longer be used for the purposes described above. See attachment - 120106 PWS Draft One.pdf. 20 October 2011: ASC/WNS performed a NAICS code determination and the revised NAICS code for this acquisition will be 541511. Interested parties can submit a response to our Request for additional information (see attachment - CAF DMO OI Request for Additional Information) pursuant to the change in NAICS code or the government will obtain the information from the Central Contractor Registration. Additionally, any contractor not responding to the initial RFI can still do so, although it is not required. Please see the CAF DMO OI Follow on Contract - RFI Revised 20 Oct 2011 document in the attachments for details to submit a response. Deadline for this submission is NLT 1500 (EST) 04 November 2011.
