- Future R&D Capability Gaps JTOC Conference Flyer Who/What: BG (P) Miller will host the JIEDDO Technology Outreach Conference When: 15-17 May 2012 Where: Riverside, CA - Riverside Convention Center Why: JTOC is an opportunity to bring together leaders of industry, academia, government agencies, civilian and federal laboratories, and U.S. Coalition partners to tackle the complex scientific challenges of defeating improvised explosive devices (IEDs) as a weapon of strategic influence. Registration is now open through 10 May 2012.
