- Revised RFP dated 4.30.2012 Questions/Answers Amendment 01 --- This Amendment includes responses to questions received as of April 17, 2012. This amendment also includes a reissuance of the entire RFP due to an error in the outline numbering of the Statement of Work. The majority of the text of the RFP remains the same. The only text changes include the following: (1) Section H.11 #3 and Section L.9 Past Performance, para (a). No other changes have been made to the document initially issued.
