- AMENDMENT 0001 EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2012 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ATTACH THE DRAWINGS. ======================================================== This is a request for quotation under N66001-12-T-7399 for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12,Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified AcquisitionProcedures. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is332312, small business size is 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effectthroughFederal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-58, Effective 18 Apr 2012 and DefenseFederal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DPN 20120420 (Effective20 Apr 2012) Edition.
