- There are (3) building sites that require secondary containment testing. All systems testing must be performed by a tank tester licensed by the state of California; or any person possessing a current Class A, C-10, C-34, C-36, or C-61(D40) License issued by the Contractor's state License Board (CSLB) [23CCR, Section 2637(a)(3)]. We need a person to perform the testing every 36 months. Please let us know if you are interested in this requirement.
