- 7 - Detour Plan 6 - Owner Past Performance Survey 5 - Bid Bond Form 4 - Workers Comp Verificatoin 3 - Drawings 2 - Specifications 1 - Wage Determination Solicitation R1 Idaho-Montana Acquisition Team (IMAT) for the Clearwater National Forest AG-02RC-S-12-0063 The project consists of relocating Musselshell Creek adjacent to Forest Service Road No. 540, milepost 3.65. The current channel goes through "Musselshell Tunnel." A 400 linear feet of channel will be realigned around the tunnel. Improvements consist of, but are not limited to, dewatering and rewatering the site, excavating material to shape and regrade the stream channel, installing streambed simulation material, installing instream structures for habitat, installing a new cross drain culvert, revegetating and seeding disturbed areas, realigning and surfacing Road No. 540 for approximately 350 linear feet and excavation and embankment of the roadway. The project is located on the Lochsa Ranger District, Clearwater National Forest, Idaho County, Idaho. From Kamiah, Idaho travel to MP 28.8 on FS Road 100, Glenwood Road, and turn right at junction of FS Road 535. Continue on Road 535 to MP 1.9 and the junction of FS Road 540 on the left. The project site is located at MP 3.65 on FS Road 540. The price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance expected to be from mid-June through October 31, 2012. This is a HUBZone Small Business set-aside project.
