- LAJCC FAR FLOWS CLAUSES LAJCC-RFP 34 PACKAGE The YWCA of Greater Los Angeles which operates the Los Angeles Job Corps (LAJCC) is requesting proposals to provide Linen Rental and Laundry Services. LAJCC is obligated to provide students with an environment which is clean, sanitary, attractive and pleasant. The Subcontractor will provide Linen Rental and Laundry Services to 400 students residing at the Urban Campus facility located at 1020 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA. 90015. The Subcontractor will ensure that all linen is clean, fresh and available per the delivery schedule. The Subcontractor will provide services for a period of four (4) months with a renewal of 4 one (1) year options at the sole and absolute discretion of LAJCC which may or may not be exercised. This notice is not considered to a commitment by the LAJCC or nor will LAJCC pay for the information solicited, no claim against LAJCC shall arise as a result from a response to this notice or rise from the information provided. The subcontractor is required to attend a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference as follows: Date: Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 10:00am. Location: Los Angeles Job Corps/CD Library1031 South Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
