- Microsoft Premier Support Services SOW This souce souce is being awarded to Microsoft (MS) Corporation One Microsoft Way, Redmond,WA 98052-8300. MS is the only known source with the required technical capability of providing proactive support planning, problem resolution and special consulting for the following Microsoft products: Exchange Support Engineering, Platform Support Engineering, Collaboration Support Engineering, System Center Support Engineering and Database Support Engineering. This effort will also require Account Management Support, Designated Support for the US National Program and Onsite Resource Visits. (Attached is the the Statement of Work) This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to MS Corporation for a one (1) year base and three (3) one year options for the period of performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519 and the size standard of $25 million in revenue. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Interested parties have fifteen (15) Calendar Day or until May 12, 2012 at 12:00PM EST. Responses should be submitted in writing, to the identified point of contact, with clear and convincing evidence of their capabity to provide the required services. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after May 12, 2012 at 12:00PM EST, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this sole souce notice and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the Government's discretion. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to Ms. Keeyada Dickens, Contract Specialist. Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00PM EST, May 12, 2012. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Requests may be emailed to keeyada.dickens_contractor@dtra.mil. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Microsoft Corporation.
