- This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2). The contract was awarded for the Army Geospatial Center (AGC) under Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), Topic AGC-01 for Army Geospatial Enterprise Operations. LMN will support the integration of leading commercial, government, and open source capabilities in the geospatial capability as it applies to Humanitarian Assistance (HA), Disaster Response (DR), and Support, Sustainment, Transition and Reconstruction (SSTR) and logistics/sustainment operational domains.
