- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit, for a competitive quotes from qualified small businesses for the fabrication, test, and delivery for 1 Lot of 5,400 O-rings in accordance with NSWC PCD MIL-STD-1330D. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database Registration. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror meeting requirements and will result in a firm fixed purchase order. Vendors who desire to quote on this package, must email Don McManus at Donald.D.McManus@navy.mil to request the MIL-STD-1330D document. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 33999, and the Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price on or about 05/08/12.
