- Due to a backlog at the Joint Certification Program (JCP) ( http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) and in order to ensure maximum participation in bidding, a CD containing the plans and specifications will be made available to prospective bidders attending the pre-bid meeting/site visit on 2 May. Any company requesting a copy must provide a copy of the DD form 2345 mailed to the JCP office and sign for receipt. Please email brian.j.williams2@us.army.mil in advance of the meeting so an appropriate number of CD's can be prepared. Title the email 'Request for Plans--W911YN-12-B-0002'. An SF 30 Amendment document will not be issued.
