- FORM SF 126 Deretrofitting Form Returns Matrix sheet Capability and Questions RFI document THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is an RFI only as defined in FAR 15.201(e) to obtain information about capabilities and market information related to interested Contractors who could provide Vehicle Disposal Services to CBP sites throughout the continental United States including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This RFI is not a request for competitive proposals; therefore, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. CBP is seeking information to determine if a single interested Contractor could provide Motor Vehicle auction and disposal services to CBP locations throughout the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. The purpose of this RFI is to identify innovative and cost efficient solutions that include transport, de-retrofitting, de-identifying, and sale of vehicles through auction while providing optimum returns and extremely high customer service levels. Responses are requested from interested Contractors that are capable of providing these services. The contractor must be able to perform the scope of work, as defined in the RFI, under the following NAICS codes: 423110, 425120, 441120, 488410 and 811198.
