- Description
- Synopsis: This acquisition is to provide engineering and technical support services to the F-15 Tactical Electronic Warfare Systems (TEWS) depot repair program in support of the AN/ALQ-135 Internal Countermeasures Set (ICS). The contractor shall provide analysis, problem investigation, problem resolution and testing concerning the testing strategies and methods on the AN/ALQ-135 depot test stations. The period of performance for this effort will be a maximum of 5 years with a 12-month basic period and four, one-year options. Proposed CLIN structure is 1 LO of Engineering Services, 1 LO Travel, and 1 LO Data Requirements. The solicitation will be issued sole source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation DBA Warner Robins Regional Support Center (NGC), (cage 1LTUS), 101 Industrial Park Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31088-7409, NGC is the original developer of the AN/ALQ-135 ICS test station and is the only known source with the data, skills, proprietary knowledge and equipment necessary to provide the engineering support required. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a), only one or a limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The engineering services provided by the contractor shall be primarily accomplished at Robins AFB. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
