- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY anticipates issuing a solicitation for a requirement to upgrade the Visitor's Center at West Point by replacing the existing vertical blinds with two (2) 10; by 57' printed window mesh fabric screens. The requirement will be set-aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 337920, with a size standard of 500 employees. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated under solicitation number W911SD-12-T-0186 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. A link maybe provided through this FedBizOpps page. Potential Quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Quoters must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Quoters must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications (ORCA) on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting a quote. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed. The anticipated posting of the request for quotation (RFQ) will be on or about 27 April 2012.
