- Description
- Solicitation QSDM-J6-120468-D will issue on or about April 20, 2012. This is a one-year stock requirements (term) solicitation. Contract will be Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment and four one-year options. The type of contract is Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract. This procurement will consist of thirteen (13) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in the 5130 Federal Stock Class (FSC) - a variety of Power Tools. The contract period will be 10/1/2012 or date of award, whichever is later, through 09/30/2013 with four one-year options. Three items (Items 2, 3, & 13) will be set-aside for small business concerns. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 90 days after receipt of order (DARO) and FOB Origin AND FOB Destination pricing is required. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and the prices offered for FOB Origin and FOB Destination will be averaged to determine the evaluated price. Specific details regarding the LPTA evaluation method are shown in the solicitation (see regulation 52.212-2 for details). PLEASE READ ALL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. Vendor response documents including offers and any other required information are due by 2:00PM Central Time, May 29, 2012, to the following email address: lichon.ramsey@gsa.gov The Vendor Response Document states to mail/fax proposals directly to the Contracting Officer. This is incorrect. NO FAXED OR MAILED COPIES OF A VENDOR'S RESPONSE TO THIS RFP WILL BE ACCEPTED! All proposals must be submitted by email to the address above. Please ensure that the past performance questionnaires are completed by your three references and sent via e-mail (lichon.ramsey@gsa.gov) or fax (816-926-3678) to Contract Specialist Lichon Ramsey by 2:00 pm CST, May 29, 2012, as stated in the solicitation.
