- Solicitation number HSCG38-12-R-J0005 is issued as a notice of intent to procure items on a sole source basis. The Coast Guard intends to negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, as the only known source of supply. The contractor will provide onsite field technical support services in support of the MH-60T/HH-60J aircraft in accordance with OEM specifications and the Statement of Work. The Period of Performance for this contract is a three-month period commencing no later than 1 July 2012 and ending 30 September 2012. The USCG does not own, nor can it supply OEM data or drawings. Solicitation release date is anticipated to be May 13, 2012. Request for solicitations must be in writing, to USCG, Aviation Logistics Center, 1664 Weeksville Rd, Building 79, Elizabeth City, NC, 27909.
