This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W911SG-12-T-9123 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58. UPS Power Supplies are located one(1) in room 13 and two(2) located in room 14. Period of performance 1 June 2012 - 31 May 2013, 12, MO; LI 002, CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING (CMRA). The CMRA is a business processthat has been approved by the Army as a means for collecting information oncontracts that provide services to the Department of the Army. Contractorsare required to register and report information via the CMRA website locatedat https://cmra.army.mil/. Additional information such as links to userguides, frequently asked question and help desk information is available viathe CMRA website. Reporting is required on an annual basis and shall be entered via the CMRAwebsite. Reporting may be done at any time during the period of performancebut not later than the completion of the contract or the Government FiscalYear (FY), 1 October through 30 September, whichever occurs first. Thereport must be submitted NLT 30 Oct of each year. Data must be accurate andcomplete and shall be reported separately for each FY that falls within theperiod of performance. Information from the secure web site is considered to be proprietary innature when the contract number and service provider identity are associatedwith the direct labor hours and direct labor dollars. At no time will anydata be released to the public with the service provider name and contractnumber associated with the data. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MCC Joint Base Lewis McChord - ICO Bliss intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MCC Joint Base Lewis McChord - ICO Bliss is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
