- Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is releaseing a draft solicitation for the procurement of the Mounted Family of Computer Systems (m-FoCS) hardware and related services to meet the Directed Requirement (DR) for a common computing hardware system for Army Mission Command nodes production throughout Program Executive Office Command, Control, and Communications Tactical (PEO C3T) Program Management Offices (PMOs). The m-FoCS system includes a tablet, computers, monitors, interconnecting cables and installation kits appropriate to the host vehicle types, as well as external communications equipment such as radios and sensors. This is a competitive acquisition for the award of a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract. This solicitation will be be issued on a Full and Open competition basis with award made to the best overall proposal, which is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. This is a Draft Solicitation that is only being released for information purposes for both the Government and Industry. The Government would like to use this opportunity as a means of soliciting best practices and Industry feedback and/or questions. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND PROPOSALS RECEIVED AS A RESULT OF THIS SPECIAL NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR EVALUATED.
