- Project No. 568-12-103, Site Prep CCTV Security Camera System This project includes replacement and expansion of the existing leased CCTV Security Camera system and shall include, but not limited to new cameras, cabling, monitors, and servers. The new system is to be installed in the VA Health Care Facility in Fort Meade and shall be integrated with the existing video surveillance system in the VA Health Care Facility in Hot Springs. Under this project the software in Hot Springs will be upgraded to facilitate the integration. In addition the new Video Surveillance system shall be integrated with the existing Johnson Controls P2000 Security Management System (SMS). This Project also includes minor remodeling of the existing space in Room A112A, Bldg. 148. The remodeled space will provide areas for the new CCTV work stations and monitors and allow for the new cabling/data requirements associated with the new security system. This work shall include, but not limited to, demolition, partition construction, finishes, casework, communications systems and electrical work. Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR); http://www.ccr.gov, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA); https://orca.bpn.gov as well as certified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, prior to submitting a proposal. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 210 days. NAICS: 561621, P&S: N063.
