- Sole Source J&A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD -- The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a sole-source firm-fixed-priced purchase order to Charles Industries, LTD for the repair of Alcatel channel bank circuit cards in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, vendors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should contact the POCs identified in this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
