- Market Survey N00033-12-0021 This is a market survey for planning purposes ONLY. No formal solicitation exists at this time. Military Sealift Command (MSC) is soliciting input to find potential offerors with HVAC equipment assessment & piping assessment expertise capable of completing the described survey below. Interested offerors must submit a brief but complete capability statement that demonstrates the capability to perform the type of service described below. MSC requests a response to this market survey for evaluation by no later than 03 May 2012 4:00PM (EST). This information will be used by MSC in developing a strategy for developing a solicitation and learn what firms are available who may not have worked with MSC before but retain the capabilities needed. This is a request for information only and your response is not an offer. This request for information does not commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in preparation of any submission to this market survey.
