- The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Praemittias Systems LLC, 8354 Terminal Road, Suite E, Lorton Virginia, for the manufacturing and delivery of 100 Wolfhound electronic warfare systems to be utilized for pre-deployment training. This sole source contract is in response to the Urgent Universal Need Statement (UUNS) # 11143UA. The contract will be firm fixed priced (FFP) for approximately $12.2 M with the first delivery of Wolfhound units 30 days after contract execution. The delivered units must be identical in form, fit and function as those already fielded in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) so as to provide a high level of training fidelity. Due to the rapid fielding of the system into the theater of operation, no provision for pre-deployment training was accounted for. At this time, there exists an urgent need to field Wolfhound electronic warfare systems in support of Block I through Block IV training and Enhance Mojave Viper training, with deliveries in place to support a 25 May 2012 training evolution.
