- Description
- The purpose of the notice is to provide clarification about the number of past performance references, with supporting past performance questionnaires, that may be submitted in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Each past performance reference included in an offeror's proposal must include a supporting past performance questionnaire (Attachment 5). An offeror (prime contractor) must submit three (3) past performance references for the offeror. The offeror may not submit more than five (5) past performance references for the offeror. If the offeror has subcontractors, and if the offeror feels that the subcontractor will perform a critical requirement of the effort, then the offeror may submit one (1) past performance reference per subcontractor. The offeror may not submit more than three (3) past performance references for all subcontractors, regardless of the number of subcontracting partners. The offeror may not submit more than eight (8) past performance references in total for the offeror and its subcontracting partners, according to the instructions in Attachment 3 and the clarification above. This clarification is in accordance with Attachment 3 - Proposal Instructions, Factor 3: Past Performance, section 1.
