- This procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Responses will be due May 7, 2012 @ 1:00 pm EST. Individual request for solicitation packages will NOT be accepted. The point of contact for this solicitation is Laurie L. Jackson, Contracting Officer, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, TN. E-mail address is Laurie_Jackson@nps.gov and the voice telephone number is 865-436-1217. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which if submitted in a timely manner will be considered. In order to download a copy of the solicitation vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website. Be prepared with your company DUNS number, available at Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-5711, and your Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN). All responsible vendors should pre-register to save time by logging onto the Central Contractor registry (CCR) at the internet site http://www.bpn.gov. Responses from interested vendors will only be accepted electronically at the address listed in the solicitation. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 115310 and the size standard is $7.0 Million. Please note that this solicitation is set aside for small business. Offers are not solicited from firms debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment. Ineligible firms shall consider this an informational copy only. You are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals; so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.
