- MICC Belvoir intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a sole-source firm-fixed-priced contract for a base year and four one year options periods to CR Downunder Horsemanship, Inc for intermediate and advanced horsemanship and ride training supporting the soldiers of the US Caisson Platoon in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, vendors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should contact the POC identified in this notice within seven (7) days. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
