- This pre-solicitation notice is for Purging, Testing, Inspection and Repairing Fuel Tankers. The award will be a fixed price contract. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary. The service location is 8 Liberty Street, Devens MA 01434. Pricing shall be inclusive of all fuel surcharges and any other fees or charges applicable. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 562112 and a size standard of $12.5 million. The proposed solicitation number will be W911S1-12-T-0152. The solicitation will be posted on or about 1 May 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation.
