- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE AG-02RC-S-12-0074 Rexford / Fortine Ranger Districts Kootenai National Forest Idaho/ Montana Acquisition Team REXFORD PRECOMM THIN-PRUNE/FORTINE PRUNE 2012 Work consists of precommercial tree thinning, pruning, and stand(s) improvement activities to reduce the tree density, and by deliberate selection of leave trees, improve the overall health and condition of the stand(s) based on prescribed objectives. Tree selection and cutting of undesirable or excess trees will provide space for the leave trees to grow and develop, reduce the incidence of insect and diseases that affect growth, and undesirable tree qualities. Anticipated Solicitation Issuance Date will be May, 2012 Estimated Start Work Date is mid-June, 2012 NAICS: 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry PSC: F018 - Other range-forest improvement/non-construction Set-aside: Small Business Set-Aside
