- Solicitation This 1449 has been super seceded in its entirety. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. AG-82CS-S-12-0011. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5 million. The proposal contract is 100 percent set aside for small business. Bid Schedule, see Section B. schdule of Items. A site visit has been held. Reference Section M - Evaluation Facotrs for Award, page 29. Total square feet serviced Contractor must also specify the proposed position(s) from the area wage determination To be eligible for an award, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or e-mail at http://ccr.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS. A DUNS (Duns and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. All responses must be received by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 1 May 2012.
