- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) on behalf of theProgram Executive Office - Command, Control, Communications, Computersand Intelligence (PEO-C4I), Shore and Expeditionary Integration ProgramOffice (PMW 790), intends to issue Request of Proposal (RFP) number N00039-12-R-0045 for an Automated Data Processing (ADP) Support EquipmentIndefinite Delivery Requirements type contract with a one year ordering periodper FAR 52.216-18 and 52.216-21 The solicitation will consist of brand nameADP Support Equipment or equivalent per FAR 11.104 and 15.101-2. Thesalient physical, functional or performance characteristics of the brand nameitems that an "equal" item must meet to be acceptable for award are asattached hereto. The Government anticipates issuing the service-disabled veteran owned smallbusiness set-aside solicitation consistent with FAR 19.1405 without furthernotice in May 2012. The solicitation will be available to interested parties,along with any amendments issued, solely on the SPAWAR E-CommerceCentral Website (https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil/). Contract award isestimated for mid June 2012, with a period of performance beginning July 1,2012 and ending June 30, 2013.
