- EST. BOOT QUANTITIES The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions and extend the closing date of this solicitation: 1. If our ORCA is up to date through 12/20/2012, do we need to show any other proof? Answer: No other proof is needed. 2. A spreadsheet was referred to regarding quantity of footwear. We we unable to find it. Can you tell me where to find it? Answer: The spread sheet is attached. 3. Is it true we do not need to submit form 1449 along with our submittals? Answer: Yes it is true, an SF1449 is not required for submittal. As a result the closing date has been extended to May 1, 2012 at 12pm EDT.
