- FOB2 Site Drawings Solicitation document for fire watch services at the FOB2 complex. Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, Washington DC is requesting qoutes for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide Fire Watch Services for the Federal Office Building 2 (FOB2) in response to the Request for Quote (RFP) HQ0034-12-T-0025. The contractor will be responsible for devising and submitting a quote to meet the requirements outlined in the subject solicitation and the Performance Work Statement contained herein. The proposed procurement is a competitive small business set-aside. Award of a contract from this solicitation will be made on the basis of best value to the government using a lowest price evaluation. This Request for Quote is being conducted using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561612. Any concern responding to this solicitation is considered a small business if the annual records of the concern and its affiliates for the proceeding three fiscal years do not exceed $18.5 Million. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database as well as with the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) database or risk their proposal being considered non-responsive regardless of its completeness, timeliness or other salient considerations. Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on CCR and ORCA registrations at the following two websites: http://www.ccr.gov/ and https://orca.bpn.gov/. There will not be a scheduled site visit for this project. Please reference the attached site drawings. The place of performance is Arlington, Virginia.
